Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
